For simple solid color adhesive vinyl, our Mimaki CGFX plotter can cut up to 50″ wide. This vinyl can then be weeded and covered with a transfer mask for direct application to a surface.
It is also possible to die cut any of our digitally printed adhesive media. For this we will use our Summa S Class T Series 54″ plotter. The T stands for tangential, which involves the plotter mechanically turning the cutting blade as the cut direction changes. (This allows for a much more precise, clean cut than traditional draw knife plotters that use a swiveling blade).
For rigid materials up to 6′ x 10′ and 1/4″ thick, we utilize either our Gerber M3000 or Zund G3 flatbed digital die cutters. Equipped with draw knives, oscillating knives, routers and scoring wheels, these cutters cleanly and accurately follow digital vector files to create any shape imaginable.
