Our sewing department is equipped with two double needle and two single needle lockstitch machines, an industrial serger, supported with pneumatic grommet placers and banner welders. Our 10′ x 40′ and 8′ x 32′ production tables give us the ability to finish virtually any practically sized banner or flag.
SignCenter uses 16oz NWP/453 gm nylon thread available in white, black, blue and red. Additionally we use a clear microfilament for sewing all of our dye-sublimated prints.
We staff 2-3 sewing specialists and deliver high-quality sewn prints on time, everytime.
