Our History

SignCenter is a privately owned and operated wholesale printing business with production facilities in Milford, CT and sales offices in Milford and Boston, MA. As the former owners of a storefront sign and design shop, we recognized the need for a reliable wholesale source for materials that are beyond the day to day capabilities of many businesses in the printing and sign trade.

In 2003, we began to develop our systems and pricing; testing the concept with 3 local resellers. They were successful beyond our expectations. In 2005, we doubled our staff, began investing in new printing equipment and rolled out the program throughout the Northeast. In 2007, we moved into a 9,000 sq.ft. production space and continued to expand our capabilities.

In 2012, we moved to Milford, CT with a total of 18,000 sq. ft to support our 3 meter (126″) UV hybrid printer and 8′ x 10′ UV flatbed, in addition to our grand format Dye Sublimation and ADA/Engraved sign production. In 2015, we are proud to announce that we have 100% redundant equipment so we will always be able to meet our customers’ requirements.

In 2017, we purchased a new EFI VUTEk GS2000LX Pro, added a new heat press and expanded our facility to 24,000 sq.ft. The additional space gives us the ability to add capacity and capabilities to support our resellers’ efforts.
